This page contains few images taken by our camera.
The images are only one third of the maximal image size
(but still larger than any commercial digital camera available today)
and are given to show the level of details that the camera can produce.
The "oil painting" and the "watercolor painting" are images of original paintings. Notice the brush strokes
in the oil painting and the fine texture of the paper in the watercolor painting.
The "3D + Relighting" movie zooms in to a part of the oil painting, changes viewing direction and relights - all in 3D. Both 3D and texture map data were captured by our camera.
The image on "Korean Fan" is a print (not original), as can be seen by the dotted pattern in the black color.
Notice the fine texture of the fabric. Also notice the three sewing pins that are used to hold the fan.
To get a sense of scale, the heads of the pins are just 1.5 mm wide.
The "iBook" is a composite image of both sides of an iBook G3 motherbard.
